This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for services provided by UpSkilliT Training Solutions Private Limited ("UpSkilliT Test AI", "we", "us", "our"). Our primary service involves the sale of digital credits for use on our AI-powered assessment platform.

2. Credit Purchases

All purchases of digital credits for the UpSkilliT Test AI platform are final. Since credits are a digital product and are instantly allocated to your account upon successful payment, they are non-refundable.

3. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchased credits, including any unused or partially used credits. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-reversible. We encourage users to select their credit packages carefully.

We do not provide refunds if you decide to stop using the UpSkilliT Test AI services or if your account is terminated for any reason.

4. Erroneous Transactions

In the rare event of a technical issue causing an erroneous transaction (e.g., a duplicate charge), please contact our support team at jag@upskillit.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if a clear error on our part is identified, we will reverse the erroneous charge.

5. Service Downtime or Failures

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not offer refunds for periods of service unavailability or technical issues. Credits used during a period where the service did not perform as expected (e.g., AI grading failure) are generally non-refundable, as credit consumption is tied to the initiation of a process, not its outcome. However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue complimentary credits to compensate for significant service disruptions.

6. How to Cancel Your Account

You may stop using our service at any time. To permanently delete your account, please contact our support team. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will result in the forfeiture of any remaining credits, which will not be refunded.

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
