UpSkilliT Training Solutions Private Limited provides a fully digital service through its platform, UpSkilliT Test AI. Our products consist of digital credits, which are used to access features on our web-based platform.
2. Delivery of Services
As our services and products are entirely digital, there is no physical shipping involved. All services and products are delivered electronically.
- Credit Purchases: Upon successful completion of a payment transaction, the purchased credits are automatically and instantly added to your user account on the UpSkilliT Test AI platform. You will see your updated credit balance in your dashboard immediately.
- Access to Platform: Access to the platform and its features is provided via your web browser. There are no physical goods to be shipped.
3. No Shipping Costs
There are no shipping or handling fees associated with any of our services or products.
4. Confirmation of Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation from our payment processor (Razorpay) upon successful payment. Additionally, your updated credit balance within your account dashboard serves as confirmation of the delivery of your purchased digital credits.
