1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the service. This agreement is between you and UpSkilliT Training Solutions Private Limited ("UpSkilliT Test AI", "we", "us").

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Credits System

Our platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased and consumed to use various features of the service.

• Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside of the UpSkilliT Test AI platform.
• Credits do not expire but will be forfeited upon account termination.
• We reserve the right to change the pricing and consumption rates for credits at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UpSkilliT Training Solutions Private Limited. As a user, you retain ownership of the content you create (such as test questions and topics), but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To generate or disseminate content that is unlawful, hateful, or discriminatory.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UpSkilliT Training Solutions Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
